本政策说明 MOKI7 如何处理提示词库会员介绍、相关政策页面及客服沟通中的个人信息。目前这些页面为公开静态页面，不提供会员注册、付款表单或在线开通功能。未来启用会员账号和支付前，我们会更新本政策，说明新增的数据处理。
This policy explains how MOKI7 handles personal information for its membership information pages, related policy pages and support communications. These are currently public static pages with no membership signup, payment form or online activation. Before enabling member accounts and payment, we will update this policy to explain additional processing.
2. 处理哪些信息及用途 / Information and purposes
访问网站时，托管和网络服务提供方可能处理 IP 地址、访问时间、请求页面、浏览器或设备信息及来源信息，用于交付页面、安全防护和排查故障。你主动联系客服时，我们会处理你提供的联系方式、问题内容，以及处理售后所必需的订单信息，用于答复和解决请求。请勿发送密码、完整银行卡信息或无关的身份证明。
Hosting and network providers may process IP addresses, visit times, requested pages, browser or device details and referrer information to deliver pages, maintain security and troubleshoot. If you contact support, we process the contact details, message and necessary order information you provide to respond and resolve the request. Do not send passwords, full payment card details or unrelated identity documents.
3. Cookies 与追踪 / Cookies and tracking
这些会员介绍和政策页面本身不设置广告 Cookie，也不加载广告追踪脚本。托管或安全服务可能按其自身设置处理必要的技术信息。跳转至提示词库、客服、支付或其他第三方页面后，对方可能使用自己的 Cookie 和隐私规则。
These membership information and policy pages do not themselves set advertising cookies or load advertising trackers. Hosting or security providers may process necessary technical information under their own configurations. Linked library, support, payment or other third-party pages may use their own cookies and privacy rules.
4. 服务商、支付与跨境处理 / Providers, payment and international processing
网站使用托管及网络服务商提供页面交付。使用 QQ 等客服渠道时，相应平台按其政策处理沟通信息。未来若通过 Paddle 接受订单，Paddle 会根据其隐私政策处理付款、账单、税务和反欺诈所需信息；MOKI7 将仅接收提供会员和售后所需的订单及联系信息，不保存完整银行卡信息。服务商可能在你的居住地以外处理信息；适用的数据保护要求仍需遵守。
We use hosting and network providers to deliver the website. Support platforms such as QQ handle communications under their own policies. If Paddle checkout is enabled, Paddle will process payment, billing, tax and fraud-prevention information under its privacy policy. MOKI7 will receive only the order and contact information needed for membership and support, not store full card details. Providers may process data outside your country, subject to applicable data protection requirements.
5. 保留、安全与披露 / Retention, security and disclosure
我们仅在提供服务、处理请求及履行适用法律义务所需期间保留信息；目的结束后删除或匿名化不再需要的信息，法律要求保留的除外。我们采取合理的访问限制等安全措施，但无法保证互联网传输绝对安全。不会出售你的个人信息；仅为上述服务、必要的权利保护或法律要求向相关方披露。
We retain information only as needed to provide the service, handle requests and meet applicable legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it unless continued retention is legally required. We use reasonable safeguards, including access restrictions, but cannot guarantee absolute internet security. We do not sell personal information; disclosure is limited to these service purposes, necessary protection of rights or legal requirements.
6. 你的选择与联系 / Your choices and contact
你可通过下方客服入口请求查询、更正、删除自己的个人信息，或提出隐私问题及适用法律规定的其他权利请求。为保护信息，必要时会以适当方式核验请求人；不得要求提供无关资料。我们不会将行使隐私权利与购买会员绑定。本页最后更新于 2026 年 11 月 5 日。
Contact support below to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, raise privacy questions or exercise other rights under applicable law.
