1. 服务提供者与适用范围 / Provider and scope
本服务由 MOKI7 运营。本条款仅适用于 MOKI7 提示词库会员及这些介绍页面，不适用于其他独立商店、账号服务或咨询产品。会员开放购买后，下单前会提供当时适用的条款供阅读。
MOKI7 operates this service. These terms cover the MOKI7 Prompt Library membership and its information pages only, not separate stores, account services or consulting products. The applicable terms will be available before ordering when sales open.
2. 会员内容与期限 / Content and term
会员计划为 399 元人民币 / 年，包含开通后连续 12 个月的会员提示词搜索、阅读、复制权限，以及期间新增的会员内容。内容数量和更新频率不作保证。免费公开内容与付费内容会清楚区分。会员不含第三方 AI 服务费用；生成效果取决于所使用的模型和输入，不保证特定结果。
The planned membership costs CNY 399 per year and provides 12 consecutive months from activation to search, read and copy member prompts, including content added during that term. No particular content quantity or update frequency is guaranteed. Free and paid content will be clearly distinguished. Third-party AI service fees are excluded, and specific generated results are not guaranteed.
3. 付款与手动续费 / Payment and manual renewal
仅在收款与访问权限交付流程准备就绪后接受订单。会员不会自动续费或自动扣款，到期后可主动购买下一年。如订单通过 Paddle 结账，Paddle 作为该订单的授权转售方及交易商户（Merchant of Record），处理收款、适用税费和账单；付款亦受结账时显示的 Paddle 买方条款约束。MOKI7 负责内容服务与产品支持。
Orders will open only when payment and access delivery are ready. Membership does not renew or charge automatically; you may purchase another year after expiry. For orders checked out through Paddle, Paddle acts as the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, handling payment, applicable taxes and billing under the Paddle buyer terms shown at checkout. MOKI7 provides the content service and product support.
4. 使用规则与内容权利 / Usage and content rights
请合法使用内容，不得分享会员访问权限、绕过访问限制，或批量复制并转售会员内容作为竞争性资料库。MOKI7 自有编写内容及第三方素材的权利分别属于相应权利人。会员不转让版权，也不代表取得示例图片、品牌、人物或第三方素材的商业使用许可；请遵守来源标注、授权范围及所用 AI 工具的条款。
Use content lawfully. Do not share member access, bypass access controls, or bulk-copy and resell member content as a competing library. Rights in MOKI7-authored content and third-party materials remain with their respective owners. Membership does not transfer copyright or grant commercial rights to example images, brands, people or third-party materials. Follow source credits, applicable licenses and the terms of the AI tools you use.
5. 退款与服务问题 / Refunds and service issues
付款后 30 天内可申请全额退款，具体流程见退款政策。退款后会员权限终止。若已付款但无法开通或存在持续服务问题，请联系客服处理；我们不会以本条款排除适用法律赋予你的退款、修复或其他救济权利。
You may request a full refund within 30 days of payment, following our refund policy. Member access ends on refund. Contact support if paid access cannot be activated or service issues persist. These terms do not exclude any refund, remedy or other rights granted by applicable law.
6. 更新与联系 / Updates and contact
本页最后更新于 2026 年 11 月 5 日。重大方案变更会在新订单生效前说明，不追溯减少已付款期限内承诺的权益。网站访问及售后涉及的个人信息按隐私政策处理。问题、投诉或售后申请请使用下方客服入口。
